Malton Craft Market, 26 July 2025

We attend Malton's Craft Market every month.

Saturday was quite warm; not too hot. A mix of sunshine and cloud. The rain that was forecast decided to fall elsewhere and the breeze (thankfully) was not too brisk.

The framed mini bonsai trees, priced from £5.00 to £15.00, were a popular addition to our range in June 2025 and they continue to be a hit.

Colour favourites included citrus tones (Citrus Zest and Lemon & Lime both attracted attention two months running) along with soft blues and pinks; Mermaid and Blossom also received lovely compliments.

Sleights came along for his first outing with us. Since receiving some partial wiring, he has grown strong and healthy. It was a joy to share his progress and talk with fellow bonsai keepers and enthusiasts.

We're looking forward to repotting and working on our trees again in the near future. Personally, I am proud of how well all of our trees have coped with the long stretch of dry weather since spring.

We came away with inspiration for new ranges and products, plus new contacts and friends. All in all, a great day!
