One of my first pre-bonsai projects. Its short trunk and long, low primary branch make it ideal material for the semi-cascade design shown in my concept sketch.

Sleights was one of five stressed English Yews I acquired in early 2025. Only three survived. Although still recovering, it has made the strongest progress of the group and is gradually developing towards the semi-cascade design included.
